SOTNEM was born from a simple frustration: coaching knowledge disappears. A coach gives brilliant feedback trackside, and by the next session, the details are forgotten. Training videos sit on phones, never organized, never reviewed. Team communication is scattered across messaging apps.
We set out to build a platform where coaching lives forever. Where every piece of feedback — whether it is a video annotation, a trackside note, or a shouted instruction during practice — is captured, organized, and available for athletes to review whenever they need it.
